Rapper Meek Mill (also know as Robert Williams) was sentenced with at least 90 days of in-house arrest on Friday for violating his parole. Philadelphia judge, Genece Brinkley, served Williams with his house arrest, which is effective March 1st. Williams has blamed his erratic behavior on his hectic tour schedule. However, Philadelphia prosecutors think it's more related to his relationship with Nicki Minaj.
