When it comes to Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively?s daughter?s name, Reynolds doesn?t feel like they did anything too untraditional by naming her James. She is named after his late father, James C. Reynolds, who died last year at the age of 74 after a 20-year battle with Parkinson?s disease. The Deadpool actor appeared on ITV?s Good Morning Britain, when co-host Kate Garraway called their decision to give James a name traditionally given to boys ?unusual.? Reynolds responded in defense of James saying, "In the spectrum of weird celebrity baby names, I feel like we?re not really breaking any new ground here. I mean, I didn?t call her Summer Squash Meadow Lark, or something."
