Does Zac Efron even lift, Bro? Well now nobody needs to ask that question, because Efron's latest Instagram photos capture his quality gym time. He showcases himself doing some quality bicep curls with gigantic weights. In fact, at this point Efron's body is so gorgeous it could almost pull a fan's eyes off his face. The former High School Musical star is prepping to go shirtless for his role in Baywatch. The photo was taken while Efron was in the middle of his "back and bi's" day routine at the gym. Unfortunately, Baywatch doesn't hit theaters until 2017, so fans looking for more of his sweet, muscled arms will just have to keep watching his instagram.
