Los Angeles - Rebel Wilson pursued a career in film after she hallucinated that she was an actress. The 30-year-old star has revealed that she discovered acting was her calling when she became seriously ill with malaria during a trip to Africa, and experienced life-changing dreams. She said: "After I caught malaria during a gap year in Africa, I was so ill I hallucinated that I was an actress. Nowadays Rebel - who rose to fame after a run of hilarious performances in comedy films such as Bridesmaids and Pitch Perfect - is delighted to have found friends in Hollywood, like actress Anna Kendrick.
