Lady Gaga will, in fact, be honoring the late David Bowie at this year?s Grammy Awards ? something that was speculated a couple weeks ago right after Bowie?s untimely passing. Just Jared confirms that Gaga will be performing an ?experimental tribute? at the Grammys in honor of Bowie, who will also be the recipient of this year?s Lifetime Achievement Award. The executive producer of the Grammy Awards, Ken Ehrlich, revealed: We had already booked Lady Gaga on this year?s show, but when David passed ? almost in a single moment ? we knew we had to change direction. Many think Gaga would be the most fitting artist to pay tribute to Bowie not only because she is one of his biggest fans, but also because of his substantial influence on her from the very beginning of her career.
