VIDEO : ?OITNB? Star Taryn Manning Accused of Violently Attacking Makeup Artist

Taryn Manning is accused of violently lashing out at her former makeup artist in her NYC apartment. Holly Hartman, the Orange Is the New Black star?s makeup artist, filed a restraining order against Manning. According to court documents acquired by TMZ, Hartman claims that back in November, the TV star head-butted her, sprayed Windex in her face, and put her in a headlock. The application for the order is suspect because Ms. Manning has had no contact with Ms. Hartman in many months due to Ms. Hartman?s actions against Ms. Manning which are currently under criminal investigation in multiple jurisdictions.
