A representative for Chris Rock says the Oscar host has made no decisions about his opening monologue. His publicist Leslie Sloane released a statement that refuted earlier comments by Academy Awards co-producer Reginald Hudlin. Hudlin said that Rock had scraped earlier plans and was rewriting the show following the backlash to the all-white acting nominees. Sloane says Rock "has made no decisions about the content of the show." Rock is yet to comment about the crisis that has surrounded the Academy Awards except for an earlier post on Twitter that referred to the Oscars as "the white BET Awards."
