Queen Mimi and her new billionaire fiancé James Packer are officially becoming renters! Yep, you heard that right. Mariah Carey and Packer are renting their new home for a mere $250,000 a month. Carey and Packer will be shelling out the big bucks in order to rent an 18,000 square-foot mansion in the same neighborhood as the Kardashians. As for the grandiose amenities, it?s fully equipped with a sauna, gym and home movie theater, sitting on one whole acre with, as can be expected, great views. A source says, Carey wanted to be in a safe neighborhood for her kids, twins Morocco and Monroe, as well as stay nearby her friendly ex, Nick Cannon, with whom she shares custody.
