TMZ claims that newly engaged couple, Mariah Carey and James Packer are both still married to their former spouses.
According to the website?s sources, divorce proceedings between Mariah and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nick Cannon, were stalled over the summer as a result of Nick trying to get the upper hand, financially.
However, now that the estranged couple are on better terms, the divorce appears to be well on its way to being finalized.
