It may have been ski weather outside, but the heat radiating between hot couple, Allison Janney and her boyfriend, Philip Joncas, kept these two plenty warm. Janney was joined by Joncas at the Sundance Film Festival, where her film, Tallulah, premiered. The 56-year-old star of the CBS comedy series, Mom, has been dating Joncas, a production coordinator and artist, for nearly a year now. While chatting with E! News, Janney couldn?t help but pay her man a compliment on the red carpet by saying, ?He?s pretty handsome.?
