Sources say Mariah Carey and James Packer are both still married to their former spouses. It seems the divorce proceedings between Mariah and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nick Cannon, were stalled over the summer as a result of Nick trying to get a better financial deal. However, now that the estranged couple are on better terms, the divorce appears to be on its way to being finalized. Meanwhile, Carey's billionaire fiance, James, is technically still married to wife Erica Packer.
