VIDEO : Denise Richards Is Suing Ex-Husband Charlie Sheen

Actress Denise Richards has filed suit against Charlie Sheen. The Lawsuit states he evicted her and their children from their home, has stopped paying into a trust fund for their children's future and called his youngest daughter a "pig whore". A spokesperson for the actress says, "Denise is fighting for her children. This has nothing to do with her, the money is for her kids. This is about him providing for the children as he agreed to do." Meanwhile Charlie's lawyer has released a statement that says this is a: "Desperate attempt to get more money."
