Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are continuing to battle it out in the public eye for the sake of their two children, Sam and Lola Rose Sheen . Earlier this week, Denise filed court papers claiming that her ex isn't sticking to the terms of a trust he set up for the two girls. The latest legal filings prompted Charlie's attorney, Marty Singer , to tell E! News that the actress is just trying "to use the children to get more money for her." However, E! News reports that a source close to the situation insists that "this isn't about money for Denise and Marty knows that. She is being attacked for standing up for her kids."
As for the former Two and a Half Men star's relationship with his two daughters, the source claims that Denise has never kept them from him.
