Aaron Carter In 1997, at age 9, released the bubblegum pop hit "Crush on You," a cover of a song by  The Jets , along with a playful music video. The track was a hit overseas and helped earn him gigs opening for his big bro's group and also for Britney Spears  before landing his own tours. He stated on his past "I don't think I had a voice,. "I think I was terrible but they did it as a joke and then I just wanted to get good." Aaron delt with rehab after bieng too heavily involved with drugs and acohal stating that he frist tried it at 10 or 11 when he was popular. he said. "I was drinking and smoking and really excessively doing it and I was very depressed and I wasn't making any money and I wasn't doing any tours, I wasn't doing any concerts. on his progress now he stated "I love to prove people wrong,It makes me feel good."
