Exactly a month after chopping off her long, blonde tresses, the Younger actress just revealed another major change up: bubblegum pink locks! Yes, the normally blonde Duff stepped out to debut the bright new look, smiling from ear-to-ear while walking in a crewneck sweatshirt, purple leggings and a pair of round sunnies in Los Angeles. Her hairstylist from the NineZeroOne salon in Hollywood also took to Instagram to gush over Duff's new ?do. She captioned the post, "About today," The NineZeroOne salon team have united a few times to give the former Disney star some fun looks, like the "mermaid" blue style that the world couldn't get enough of.
