Is Blake Shelton ready to start a family? Rumors began swirling that Gwen Stefani was pregnant with Shelton?s first baby. While the rumors turned out to be nothing more than rumors. Many couldn't help but ask. When Shelton was asked if he was going to start a family with Stefani, to which he replied, ?I think it?s awfully early to be talking about that, don?t you?? He went on to say that while he and Stefani are very happy, they have no plans to take their relationship to the next level anytime soon. He will be adjusting to play step father to Gwen's 3 boys.
