American Express is suing Tori Spelling over a $37 981.97 bill.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, Tori's last attempt to pay off the debt came on 26 June last year when she tried to pay $1 070. However, the payment bounced.
American Express are now demanding full payment of the remaining balance, which will also include interest.
Tori has yet to comment on this latest legal drama.
Last year, Tori was the one doing the suing when she filed a lawsuit against the Benihana restaurant chain back in September, alleging she slipped and burned herself when she visited one of their branches in Encino, California.
In the papers, she claims she was hospitalised after she fell onto the hibachi grills, receiving "deep second and third degree burn injuries".
