VIDEO : Actress Bella Thorne Cast in Tyler Perry's 'Boo! A Madea Halloween'

Tyler Perry is returning to his Madea character for Boo! A Medea Halloween, which has started production in Atlanta. Perry wrote and will produce, direct and star in the comedy. The latest to join the cast of the upcoming movie? Young starlet Bella Thorne. No word yet on what role Thorne will play. The film follows Perry's Madea as she spends Halloween fending off killers, ghosts, and zombies while keeping a watchful eye on a group of misbehaving teens. Lionsgate will release the film on Oct. 21.
