The track is called ?I?ll Be There?. The song has some serious R&B vibes but quickly makes its way to a dance-y anthem. And Bieber?s rapping sounds natural near the tail-end of the track. Now we don?t know when this track was recorded but it?s a totally mystery why it wasn?t released! It would have fit perfectly on the singer?s new album Purpose
