Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter was held in Monroe County jail into the early hours of Thursday after a bartender refused to serve him and his friend at Hogs Breath Saloon in Florida. According to a Key West Police report, Carter his friend were already intoxicated when they arrived to the bar on Wednesday evening.
Witnesses and staff say that Carter grabbed the bouncer by the throat. Both men were arrested on misdemeanor battery charges, and Carter remains in custody as of Thursday morning.
