According to a report from The Hollywood Reporter, Amber Heard is in talks to join Aquaman as Arthur Curry?s love interest, Mera. Heard would play opposite Jason Mamoa, the Game of Thrones alum who has been cast as DC?s King of Atlantis in Batman v. Superman, Justice League, and the solo film. Heard?s credits include roles in Magic Mike XXL, Pineapple Express and The Danish Girl. James Wan is attached to direct the film which is slated to premiere in 2018.
