The post-credits tease at the end of the original Iron Man movie marks the first instance of The Avengers being formed onscreen. This Marvel comic book based team of super heroes features several characters that are fan favorites such as Captain American and The Hulk; and the majority of the gang have each received at least one solo movie in addition to their appearances in The Avengers series. However, Black Widow, the super heroine portrayed by Scarlett Johansson, has yet to appear by herself, despite being a fan favorite. At a recent press junket, Captain America: Civil War directors Joe and Anthony Russo responded to the possibility of Johansson getting a solo picture deal in the future by saying, " She?s a very complex character. She?s haunted by demons and her understanding of the world is fascinating. I think there is a lot that can be done with that character."
