VIDEO : John Boyega Says Star Wars Episode VIII Has A Much Darker Script

In an exclusive interview with Vogue, leading man John Boyega says the "Star Wars" sequel trilogy is gearing up to take a plunge into the dark side. According to the actor, If "The Force Awakens" was an high-flying, high-spirited romp similar to "A New Hope," then Episode VIII will take cues from the heralded "The Empire Strikes Back," adopting a sinister tone. "It's great. Much darker, but we're very excited,? Boyega told Vogue of the film?s script. Work on the film has only just begun though. Boyega said, ?We just starting work on Star Wars VIII, the next film, so I'm back to keeping secrets again."
