Britney shared a picture of her doing a handstand while giving her niece, Sophia Alexandra Spears, a kiss. The singer explained in a post on Instagram that she did not attend the People?s Choice Awards on Wednesday due to ?feeling sick" and thanked her "Britney Army" for voting for her.
