Emma Stone is in talks to play Cruella de Vil. The 27-year-old actress is reportedly being considered for the role of the villainess from Disney's 101 Dalmations in the new movie, Cruella. According to The Hollywood Reporter the live-action film will be an origin story of Cruella, , and will likely show viewers what caused her to become the terrifying character who becomes obsessed with obtaining the hides of dalmatians in the beloved story. Disney has previously announced upcoming remakes of Dumbo, Mulan, Pinocchio and The Little Mermaid, as well as the cast for a remake of Beauty and the Beast.
