Naya Rivera?s kicking off the new year with one goal in mind, getting her body right! The proud mama took to Twitter saying, ?2016 is off to a great start already! 4 lbs away from my goal weight!? Rivera, who welcomed her baby boy just four months ago, recently made a red carpet appearance back in December at the March of Dimes event and looked every bit of fabulous.
