Adele is still at Number One on the Billboard 200 and is selling albums at a pace the music industry hasn't seen in over a decade.
With another 363,000 copies sold of 25 ? a 70 percent drop from its platinum-selling last week spurred by a post-Christmas sales dip ? Adele's latest ended 2015 with a total of 7.44 million copies sold. That's the most albums sold in a calendar year since 2004 when Usher's Confessions moved 7.98 million copies, Billboard reports. Whereas Usher's LP was released in March, 25 managed to sell upwards of 7 million in just over 40 days after its release.
