Scott Disick broke down in tears and made a shocking confession on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. On Sunday's part two of KUWTK in St. Barts, the Kardashian's enjoyed their last days of vacation, but things took a very emotional turn when the Kardashians arrived back home in Los Angeles. Scott says that he wants to talk with Kourtney, Khloe, Kim and Kris so they all sit down together. Scott says, "I understand that I need to help myself way before I can help her or my kids or whatever." Scott then confesses, "It's like, it's just terrible but like if I didn't have those kids I would kill myself.
