The CW has released the official synopsis for "Blood Debts," the Season Four midseason premiere of Arrow, which will air on January 19. The episode sees Oliver on a manhunt looking for Damieh Darhk, who was responsibe for the attack on Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak in the midseason finale. ?Blood Debts? ?
