Mark Wahlberg and Daddy's Home co-star Will Ferrell talked about their behavior at their children's soccer matches on The Graham Norton Show on Thursday.
Wahlberg, a father of four, was in November photographed looking super intense, almost aggressive, while standing on the sidelines at one of his and wife Rhea Durham's 9-year-old son Michael's championship games.
The actor told Graham Norton,
"I love my voice for about a week, screaming, yelling."
The boy's team lost.
"So I had to beat him," he joked. "I had money on that f--king game."
Then he offered his opinion of Ferrell, a 48-year-old father of three sons who also serves as a coach. Wahlberg said about the actor,
"He'd be the worst coach. Why?" his co-star asked.
"Because they could be down 20 [and you'd say], 'Don't worry guys, you're doing really good. You know what? There are a lot of positive things happening...why are you crying?' It's OK!"
