Kendall Jenner has secretly admitted that her jet-set lifestyle finally caught up with her and she has vowed to take better care of herself in 2016. The model and reality star was recently admitted to hospital for exhaustion. Kendall writing on her website, KendallJ.com that the incident was "definitely a wake-up call" adding that her resolution for 2016 is to be more spontaneous and enjoy staying home more often.
