Kylie Jenner debuted her latest tattoo. Jenner took to Instagram to show off her new ink. It is the word ?Sanity? written out phonetically in red ink. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star captioned the photo ?All Red? and credited celebrity tattoo artist Bang Bang who has tatted Jenner before too with a Red Heart for Her Birthday. This happened all hours after the bad news that her family's stalker escaped a psych ward after making his way to their property the week before. The crazed fan feels like he is soulmates with Jenner and has already visited the property several times. The police are keeping closer eyes on him now.
