VIDEO : WWII Flick Dunkirk to Be Directed by Christopher Nolan

Christopher Nolan is set to direct Dunkirk, a World War II film. He is joined by his long-time producing partner and wife Emma Thomas on the new project, which is based on his own original screenplay. Although no names have officially been confirmed, it's rumoured that the likes of Mark Rylance, Kenneth Branagh and Tom Hardy have all held talks about appearing in the movie. Nolan - who directed the 2014 hit Interstellar - recently began testing teenagers in London for lead roles in the movie, and is expected to have some names confirmed in the coming weeks. Dunkirk will be set during the evacuation of the northern French city during WWII and is set for release in July 2017.
