Following weeks of complaints regarding graffiti dotting the sidewalks of San Francisco, City Attorney Dennis Herrera wrote an open letter to Justin Bieber's record label on Monday. Writing ?It?s too late now to say sorry,? Herrera demanded the full cooperation of Bieber?s distribution company and music label in putting an end to the promotional campaign which used graffitit stencils to push his new album, ?Purpose,? which was released November 13th. It's more than a month later but the graffiti has remained on the streets. Herrera called the ?guerilla? marketing campaign illegal and exploitative, and added that it ?intentionally creates visual distractions that pose risks to pedestrians.?
