According to SF Gate, a New York judge has ordered Madonna?s teenage son with Guy Ritchie to return home to New York to spend Christmas with the pop superstar. A custody battle unfolded in Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday morning after 15-year-old Rocco reportedly refused to board a flight back from London, where he has been spending time with his filmmaker father. Ritchie?s lawyer, Eric Buckley, argued the boy wanted to spend the holidays with his dad, and should be allowed to do so. Buckley told the court, ?He has expressed very clearly that he does not want to return to New York." Justice Deborah Kaplan subsequently ruled in Madonna?s favor. However, she suggested Rocco, who will be appointed his own court attorney, discuss his living preferences with both parents. Meanwhile, the ex-couple has been banned from discussing the legal issue with the teen himself.
