Rapper Travis Scott has plead guilty to reckless conduct following his arrest at Lollapalooza over the Summer in Chicago. During his set, Scott encouraged fans to start a riot on stage by climbing over barricades, which resulted in a teenage girl being trampled and injured by the crowd.
