VIDEO : Chris Martin Sued: Claim of Intentionally Hitting a Paparazzo With Car

Chris Martin is being sued by a photographer who claims that the Coldplay singer has an agenda against the media. TMZ reports that the paparazzo, Richard Terry, was waiting for Martin and his ex- Gwyneth Paltrow to emerge from Giorgio Baldi restaurant in L.A. in January to follow the consciously uncoupled couple back to their Jeep. Terry claims that Martin ?intentionally turned his wheel sharply to the right?, causing the car to jump the sidewalk and hit him. Other media photographers suggest that Terry used this setting as a means to bait Martin and then chronicle the accident.
