Another day, another lawsuit between a celebrity and the paparazzi. Chris Martin is being sued by photographer Richard Terry for allegedly hitting the paparazzo while he was leaving a restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif., in January. In documents obtained by E! News, Terry claims Martin purposefully turned the wheel of his Jeep to hit the photographer as he was standing on the sidewalk trying to capture photos of the singer with his ex-wife, Gwyneth Paltrow. Terry is asking for Martin to pay for his medical bills, property damage, costs for the suit and a sum in excess of the minimum jurisdiction of the court. Martin has yet to respond.
