Star Wars: Episode VII director, J.J. Abrams, admitted regret towards not staying aboard the Star Wars ship for Episode XIII. JJ Abram's lifetime friend Greg Grunberg says Abrams wishes he was sticking around for the next installment. Grunberg told the Washington Post that Abrrams read the script for Episode VIII and said it was so good he wishes he was making it. Grunberg says he only remembered Abrams expressing regret in that way once on Lost with Damon Lindelof.
