The 29-year-old actor and musician was pulled over by police at 2:20 A.M. after police observed him swerving and speeding after he had abruptly stopped at a red light. Bell reportedly failed a field sobriety test, and the arresting officer noted the smell of alcohol from the car. He's voiced Spider-Man on Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.
