The AP confirms that Teresa Giudice from The Real Housewives of New Jersey will be released on Wednesday, Dec. 23rd from Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut. She will return home to her husband Joe and their four daughters in Montville, NJ, where she will remain on home confinement until February 5th. Teresa?s attorney, James Leonard Jr., says that his client is ?upbeat and looking forward to coming home? after being behind bars since January. The Giudices pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud last year, admitting that they had hid assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitted false loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.
