Supermodel Bar Refaeli was arrested on Thursday for tax evasion following a raid at her Tel Aviv home. Israel?s Tax Authority claims that the thirty year old cover girl has lied about her residency in order to avoid paying taxes on millions of dollars in income. While Israeli citizens who reside outside the country are exempt from reporting foreign earnings, the government believes that Refaeli, who recently married billionaire businessman Adi Ezra, in fact lives in Israel full-time, and has fraudulently registered her apartments under her mother and brother?s names.
