VIDEO : Scott Weiland's Bassist Tommy Black Won't Be Charged for Drug Possession

Tommy Black is the bassist for Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts. Black was arrested after Weiland was found dead aboard his tour bus on December 3rd. However, he will not face drug charges stemming from the incident. Black was arrested for possession of cocaine after Weiland's body was discovered, but Bloomington, Minnesota police announced this week that they would not pursue charges against the bassist.
