Alyssa Milano is treating herself for her 43rd birthday...to a new look. Well, not exactly a new look. The actress posted on her Instagram page on Saturday a mirror selfie showing her with a pixie cut, complete with long, side-swept bangs. Milano, who up until recently had long hair that ended past her shoulders, last sported a super short 'do about 12 years ago, when she played Phoebe on Charmed. "Short hair don't care," Milano wrote on her Instagram page.
