Multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly Maddie Ziegler will leave Dance Moms after Season 6. Ziegler, 13, is one of the original cast members who appeared on Dance Moms alongside her sister Mackenzie, 11, and their mom, Melissa Gisoni, when the show began in 2011. On season 1 of Dance Moms she kept winning all but one dance competition for the ALDC team. Although Lifetime has not even officially confirmed whether Dance Moms will be returning for a seventh season, it is confirmed that Maddie will appear if there is one. Yet Maddie is not done with Hollywood, but simply pursuing bigger and better things. A source told Us,?Acting is something she?s really excited to pursue and [Maddie] is in high demand."
