Nicki Minaj's upcoming concert in Angola is drawing concern from the Human Rights Foundation. Minaj is scheduled to perform in the African country on Dec. 19, for the holiday party of communications company Unitel. Now the HRF is asking Minaj to cancel the performance. In a statement, the group said that Unitel is controlled by the family of dictator José Eduardo dos Santos, who has ruled the nation since 1979. HRF president Thor Halvorssen said in a statement, "? Nicki Minaj is a global artist. There is no good reason for her to do business with the corrupt Angolan dictatorship and endorse the ruler?s family company."
