Almost a year ago, Tom Hardy exited David Ayer's Suicide Squad movie. He would be replaced by Joel Kinneman in the Rick Flag role but fans haven't forgotten his original involvement with the project and apparently, neither has Hardy. The actor recently told Variety of his scheduling conflict with The Revenant and Suicide Squad, "That got derailed for me. Was I bummed? Of course I was. I hate losing work. I kept bemoaning that they were losing me significant money on a daily basis. Actually, it was good for my character." The Revenant opens in select theaters on December 25 while Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2016.
