As fans might remember, Kourtney's youngest child, Reign Disick, was born on the same exact day as his older brother, Mason Disick, and guess what? That day is today. December 14th marks the birthday for the E! star's two sons, and in honor of the big day, Kourt took to Instagram to write a special message for her now-6-year-old and 1-year-old, respectively. Posting an adorable snapshot of the brothers embracing each other, the mother-of-three wrote, "Happy Birthday to my sweet boys who forever changed my heart! I still can't believe they have the same birthday." She echoed similar sentiments with a post on her website, telling fans, "It is still crazy to me that I have two boys born on the same exact day."
