You?re not going to see Ed Sheeran in social media any time soon, after he announced he?s taking a break for a while.
Sheeran Shared a post on Instagram over the weekend, where he spoke of how he's found himself "seeing the world through a screen" which has lead him to switch off from his phone, emails and social media "for a while".
Sheeran writes, "I'm taking this opportunity of me not having anything to do or anything to travel the world and see everything I've missed. To my family and friends, if you love me you will understand me buggering off for a bit, to my fans, the 3rd album is on its way and is the best thing I have made thus far."
Sheeran's departure follows other celebrities making the decision to move away from the online world, including Lena Dunham and Instagram star Essena O'Neil
