Not only is Jared Leto sorry for bashing Taylor Swift, but now he?s taking whoever leaked his infamous video to court. The Oscar winner and 30 Seconds to Mars frontman has lodged a new copyright lawsuit against TMZ and its parent company, Warner Bros. Entertainment, for publishing a clip in which he?s seen dissing the ?Bad Blood? singer. The actor, through Sisyphus Touring, claims the footage was shot on Sept. 8 by a videographer hired by Leto and his team. According to legal documents, the cameraperson is said to have given the video to TMZ in exchange for $2,000. Since the video came to light, Leto has publicly apologized to Swift, 25, for his actions, writing on his Twitter, ?The truth is I think @taylorswift13 is amazing + an incredible example of what?s possible. If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies.?
